Booking Guidelines

 

You must have your Confetti Student ID Card to collect any booking, or use a studio in your own time.

To collect your equipment bookings go to the Tech Store, exceptions can be arranged for large individual items.

Equipment is to be returned to the Tech Store by the end time specified in the booking.

Uncollected bookings are cancelled automatically 20 minutes after the booking start time.

 

All Students - Equipment Booking Periods

Minimum resource booking period is 1hr.

Maximum resource booking period is 3hrs.

Video Equipment is bookable up to a maximum of 48hrs, minimum 1hr.

Bookings can only be made four weeks in advance of their start date.

 

Availabilty and Restrictions

 

There are currently no availability updates.   

Late Returns & Damaged Equipment

Late return results in automatic 1 week ban.

Suspensions of all booking privileges wil be applied if:

  • Equipment is broken or damaged
  • Mistreatment or improper use of the equipment is apparent
  • The user is found to be abusing the system or rules
